Do I need an appointment?

We do require appointments on all bridal and bridesmaid try on visits. We will take walk-ins as time and fitting rooms permit, but an appointment guarantees you a fitting room and a bridal consultant. To book a tuxedo or to have multiple gentlemen fitted at one time does require an appointment. Single Bridesmaids and Tuxedos just getting measured may walk in at any time, please be patient if you may have a slight wait time if the store is busy. Invitations bookings do require appointments however you may walk in anytime to rent a book. We strive to provide you the best service and this gives us the ability to customize every appointment to your needs.

Do you have alterations at your store?

Due to the fact that we are a small store we do not have a seamstress on staff that works in our store. We can recommend to you seamstresses that you can have your alterations with.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and debit cards. We also accept cash and check payments. For tuxedos payments we only take cash or credit/debit cards, no checks.

What if I have bridesmaids or groomsmen out of town?

We handle wedding parties with out of town attendants all the time. For both your bridesmaids and groomsmen we have out of town measurement cards to download that they can mail, or call. Please do not fax these forms.

How long does it take to order a wedding gown?

The entire process takes about six- nine months. Wedding gowns usually takes 4 to 6 months for ordering, and then you want to allow 4-6 weeks for alterations. But once you find your dress you should go ahead and order it and make sure you have it in time. We can accommodate to shorter time frames with our many stock and sample pieces we have available.

Are your gowns out on the floor for me to look at?

No. We keep all of our bridal gowns in the back for consultants to pull based on the brides needs. This helps ensure the quality and condition of our gowns. Because our gowns are not on the floor, an appointment is needed so we can ensure one of our consultants can help you through the trying on process.

What is the price range of your dresses?

The price range varies based on the designer and style you are looking for, but the average starting price range of our bridal gowns is about $750 and goes up to about $1460.
The average price range for bridesmaids is between $150 and $200+.

What payment is required to order a dress?

For a bridal gown the payment required to order is half of the total amount due and then the other half when the dress comes in. For bridesmaids and flower girls, a full payment at the time of ordering is required.

How many people can I bring to my appointment?

The key to deciding who to bring is “whose opinion matters most?” While we do not limit the amount of people you can bring, remember that trying on gowns is a very special time in your life. Bring the people that are the closest to you- often your mom or best friend. You can always come back to show the favorites to a larger group of people. Please remember that although we love children, we do have expensive items in the store. If a child is in the group, they must be watched by an adult at all times.
